RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 45 % (or higher as advised) of tour cost
is required on confirmation of tour (at least 3 months
before safari).
Balance should be paid before services commence. Payment
is required in full where bookings are done less than
30 days before tour begins.
Reservations are subject to cancellation if the balance
is not paid before commencement of tour.
NB: The right is reserved not to execute tours if payment
has not been received in full as per above.
COSTS
Costs include all expenses in respect of vehicles and
the driver as per the itinerary. Entrance fees to the
National parks and meals are included unless otherwise
advised. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Airport taxes, visas, gratuities other than service charge,
beverages, tips, laundry and other personal expenses are not
included.
ACCOMMODATION.
This is based on two persons sharing a twin room/tent
per night. Single rooms are available at an additional
cost but cannot be guaranteed and clients will have to pay a supplement when in singles.
ALTERATION OF TOURS/ CANCELLATION OF SAFARIS POLICY.
The company reserves the right to alter arrangement or
cancel the operations of a planned tour if and when conditions
necessitate and in such an event, will reimburse all money paid by guests.
The company also reserves the right to decline to accept
persons or members of any tour/group at any time, in which
case a substantial amount will be refunded.
In cases
of cancellations of booked tours, the company has a right
to charge commissions, amounts which vary depending on
overheads incurred by the company but not less than 40% of money paid in.
Any cancellations by clients done between 75-60 days before
departure date will be refunded in full, less 40% of totals paid- handling
charges. 80% of total costs will be deducted if cancellation
is done 59-40 days prior to arrival; 60 % of total costs
will be deducted if cancellation is done 39-30 days prior
to arrival; 100% of total costs will apply to cancellations
done 29 days prior to arrival.
Guests should note that this clause is binding.
CLAIMS
Clients are entitled to ask for cash refunds before
comencement of tours incase they feel disatisfied with
services at place, less handling charges US$350 or as advised. We will NOT honor any claims for cash
refunds after services have been delivered, however, we
can take into consideration claims that seem realistic
based on unsatisfactory services. This will however be limited to a 10% of totals of monies paid for any
tour or as advised.
We will not honor any claims presented, for refunds made for any tours, accommodations,
service, or tour feature not utilized during the tour.
All claims must be received within 7 days after cancellation
of tour. Cancellations must be done in writing.
PRICING
Prices are based on fares and other overheads prevailing
at the time of issuance of price lists and are subject
to change without notice.
TRANSPORTATION
Cars, Minibuses or Coaches will be provided depending
on the number of clients or route to be taken.
The right is reserved to employ the services of subcontracts
should circumstances dictate. English speaking driver
guides are provided, plus any other requested guides.
LIABILITY.
The company and it’s agents act only as agents
of the passenger in all matters related to hotel/lodge
accommodation, tours, transport etc, and shall not be
liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The laws of the country inhibit the company’s
liability to passengers ferried in its own vehicles. All
claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of
this country in which the matter arises.
The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors
for all or part of the services. All participants are
advised to get an insurance policy to cover personal accidents,
medical expenses and loss of your baggage.
