Day 1: Nairobi / Arusha
After breakfast, pick up from your Nairobi
Hotel. Depart for Arusha town via Namanga border town
for immigration formalities and arrive in time for
lunch.

Day 2: Arusha / Lake Manyara
After breakfast, we will pick you from your Arusha
hotel. Thereafter depart for Lake Manyara National
Park. The park is renowned for it’s bird life, which
includes flamingos and Egyptian geese as well as its
tree-climbing lions. The park is small in size and the
time you spend there will be sufficient to cover the
park exhaustively

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro for a
full day crater tour, taking picnic lunches with you.
This visit will actually give you the highest chances of
spotting the rare black rhino. The crater is 670 metres
deep. The rest of the big five may be seen. Other
species encountered include cheetah, grant’s and
Thompson’s gazelle, the common zebra, spotted hyena and
wildbeest. Flamingos may also be seen on the Crater
Lake. In between tracking game, you will have a break
for lunch at the Ngoitoktok springs picnic site. In the
evening ascend and out of the crater.

Day 4: Ngorongoro / Serengeti
After breakfast, depart the Ngorongoro
Conservation area for the Serengeti National Park via
the pre-historic site at Olduvai Gorge. The gorge museum
has great wealth of the remains of various flora and
fauna from the early man era. Continue to the Serengeti
for an afternoon game drive.

Day 5: Serengeti
Morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti
with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge or campsite
in the mid afternoon. It is possible to view all the big
five. Animals here are seen in very large herds,
especially wildbeest, zebra, gazelle and other
antelopes.
The park is one of the largest in the worlds, its
animal concentration and abundance is unequalled. The
annual migration of wildbeest and zebra occurs in this
park in June/July. In the parks central plains there are
carnivores like lion, leopard, hyena and cheetah.

Serengeti Campsite
Day 6: Serengeti / Tarangire
After breakfast, depart Serengeti for
Tarangire National Park, lunch enroute. The park has an
atmosphere of remoteness and has fewer visitors than all
the other parks in Tanzania’s northern circuit. Blue,
Monkeys, hornbills, pelicans, herons can be seen as well
as elephants in large herds, cheetah, jackal, fish
eagle, marabou stork and hippos.

Day 7: Tarangire / Arusha / Nairobi
After breakfast proceed on a game drive then depart
for Arusha for lunch and your onward transfers to
Nairobi via Namanga border town for immigration
formalities arriving in the evening, followed by a
transfer to airport to fly back home.
