10 DAYS MODERATE SAFARI MARA AMBOSELI TSAVO MOMBASA LAMU

Day 1: Arrival
Arrival in Nairobi, are picked up and transferred to a Nairobi hotel, Kipepeo, for overnight (BB).

Day 2: Masaai Mara
Breakfast are picked and get some walk around the shores of the lake. Later, you will be driven to Maasai Mara. Arrival in Masai Mara in time for lunch and after, take an evening game drive. The open grasslands of the Serengeti- Mara are home to over 3 million large mammals.

These include over 1.4 million wildebeest, which migrate in an enormous, straggling herd each year between the southern parts of the Serengeti to the northern part and back again. Evening game drives in the Masai Mara; we have a very good chance of seeing all the major plains animals including lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, rhino, hyena, cheetah, jackal, warthog and many species of antelope. In this area we also encounter and learn about the Masai, a proud tribal people struggling to preserve their traditions in the face of modernization.

Dinner and overnight at MARA Sidai camp or similar.

Day 3: Maasai Mara
Leave after breakfast for morning game drives till lunch time. Later evening, take another game drive and a visit to Masai village (tips here are extra) in time for dinner and overnight at MARA Sidai camp or similar.

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Amboseli
After breakfast, leave for Amboseli via Nairobi in time for lunch. An evening game viewing drive will take place enroute to your tented camp. Dinner and overnight at an Amboseli Kibo tented camp. (Semi Luxury camp)

Day 5: Amboseli- Tsavo west-Mombasa
Breakfast and leave Amboseli to Tasvo west in time for lunch and afternoon game drives. Leave for Mombasa arriving in time for dinner and overnight at North Coast beach hotel.

Day 6:
Malindi-Lamu
Transfer to Malindi after breakfast in time to catch a flight to Lamu island. Arrival and transfer to Bahari guest/ Jannat house/ Island hotel.

Day 7-9: Lamu
Breakfast and spend the days relaxing in Lamu. Overnight at Bahari guest/ Jannat house or Island hotel.

Day 10: Lamu - Nairobi
Early morning breakfast then depart to airport for flight to Nairobi in time for your flight home.
